Poor nation and multipule holidays

These holidays are offered by Central Government for all its citizens. For many countries, there are some holidays offered from State Government too for the specified people.
When we analyze these holidays record, what we find in the context of Nepal is that: the Government of Nepal offers maximum number of public holidays. It’s the maximum number of public holidays offered in the whole world. And also Nepal is one of the poorest country in the whole world. We are dishonored by a Driver or Cooley of our neighbor country. My aim is not to hurt anyone but are these holidays are really required for us? The total numbers of holidays are thirty six and among which twenty five holidays are the religious holidays of mostly Hindus and Buddhists. In India where the majority of people are Hindus (more than 70 crores), there are only thirteen religious holidays. Also, India constitutes many hundreds of ethnic groups and many sub groups of Hindus. In Nepal where the population of majority Hindus are 1.5 crores, are offered maximum holidays. I can only conclude that its just the laziness of people and government that they do not want to work and rather enjoy holidays. And the result is that we are always counted in the poorest one and the beggars.
मधेश समस्या, माओवादी प्रभाव र मुसलमान समुदाय
हामीले हेरिरहेका छौँ कि मधेशमा उब्जिएका समस्याहरू दिनप्रतिदिन भयावह बन्दै गइरहेको छ। हामीलाई यो पनि थाहा छ कि मधेशमा भइरहेको विचलनले गर्दा स्वयम् मधेशवासीहरू पनि पीडित भइरहेका छन्।हामीलाई यो पनि थाहा छ कि यो समस्याको जरो कहाँ छ र यो मौलाउनुको कारक तत्तव के हो, त्यो पनि थाहा छ।तापनि हामी मुकदर्शक बनेर हेरीमात्र रहेका छौँ।त्यही भएर हो मधेशमा, मधेश समस्याको साथसाथै माओवादी प्रभाव पनि घट्दै गइरहेको छ।हामीलाई मधेशको नाजूक स्थितिबारे धेरै नै थाहा छ तापनि हामी केही गर्न सक्ने अवस्थामा छैनौँ भनेर आलटाल गरिरहेका छौँ जसको प्रतिफल स्वरूप दिनानूदिन बढ्दै गइरहेको अराजकताले हाम्रो लाचारीपन झल्काइरहेको छ।हामीलाई थाहा छ कि मधेशवासीहरूको जन-आन्दोलनमा धेरै नै घुसपैठ भएको छ, धेरै अराजक शक्तिहरू मधेशमा खेल्ने मौका पाए, हाम्रो लाचारीपनले गर्दा।हामी ठोकुवा गरेर भन्न सक्छौँ कि मधेशमा भइरहेको चलखेलको पछाडी दरबार र भारत लगायतका विदेशी शक्तिको हात छ।
रेलमार्ग वा राजमार्ग?
नेपालमा रेलमार्गको अपरिहार्यता।
कुनै पनि मुलुकको आर्थिक मेरुदण्डको रुपमा रहेको हुन्छ त्यस मुलुकको मार्गहरुको सञ्जाल। स्तरीय मार्गहरु स्तरीय अर्थतन्त्रका प्रतीक हुन्छन्। यसै सन्दर्भमा नेपाल सरकारले प्रस्तुत गरेको आर्थिक बजेट मार्फत गर्न लागेको मार्गहरुको विस्तारको कार्यक्रमहरुको मुल्याङ्कन गर्नुपर्छ। आर्थिक, भौगोलिक र पर्यावरणीय दृष्टिले पनि उप्युक्त ठहरिने लोकमार्ग/राजमार्ग वा रेलमार्गको निर्माण-विस्तार गरिनुपर्छ। राजमार्ग वा रेलमार्गको आ-आफ्नै किसिमका महत्त्व छन्। तर सरकारले बढी महत्त्व राख्न्ने आयोजनालाई नै छनोटमा प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्दछ।
राजनितिक लचिलोपन र गुणस्तर
ने.क.पा.(माओवादी) चुनाव पछि ठुलो दल भएर अन्य पार्टीहरुको सामु आफ्नो हैसियत देखाइसकेको छ। ठुलो दल भएर हो वा अन्य पार्टीहरुको दबाब सहन नसकेर हो, दिनप्रतिदिन लचिलो हुँदै कतै आफ्नो गुणस्तर त गुमाउँदै गईरहेको छैन भन्ने प्रश्न उत्पन्न भएको छ। कतै माओवादी लचिलोपन भन्ने समस्याले ग्रस्त भएको हो? कतै लचिलोपना माओवादीका लागि दुर्भाग्य नबनिदेओस्। साधारण कुरा छ, कुनै ठोस वस्तुमा लचिलोपना आउनु भनेको सो वस्तुको गुणस्तरमा ह्रास आउनु हो। आशा गरौँ यस्तो नहोला तर दिनप्रतिदिनको लचिलोपनाले, कतै गुणस्तर घटाउने प्रयास त सुरु भएको होईन? आज हामी यो सोच्न बाध्य भएका छौँ।
Politics with Language
Recently, the new selected vice-president of Nepal has taken oath in Hindi language. His oath in Hindi language has become a new political issue in the political market of Nepal. According to the constitution of Nepal, nowhere is written that Hindi is a national language of Nepal but there its mentioned that every mother tongue that is spoken in Nepal are national language and for record keeping, government can convert the language of mother tongue into Nepali language. Since, he did not take oath in any national language and respected a foreign language, he has betrayed whole Nepalese. And, according to constitution he should be punished, there is no cross-point.
